Salman Khan New Movie Confirmed With Kabir Khan After ‘Bajrangi Bhaijaan’ Success

After a great success with “Bajrangi Bhaijaan,” new reports are circulating that there is a possibility that there might be a second installment of the film.

The Kabir Khan directed film was one of the biggest hits of 2015, being the highest grossing movie, and now rumors are stating that the makers are planning to do another film together.

Kabir recently went to Twitter to confirm that he will be working with Salman on another movie, which will be their third film together.

“YES... WE ARE COMING BACK... EID 2017 :-),” tweeted Kabir. [sic]

 

After releasing “Bajrangi Bhaijaan,” they are set to repeat the magic and confirmed the release date for Eid 2017. Rumors are circulating that it might be a sequel to "Bajrangi Bhaijaan."

According to Filmi Beat, Kabir worked on the first draft of the film in Austria and Salman reportedly liked the script and agreed to work with the director.

Salman will start shooting for Kabir’s next film this November once he wraps up “Sultan.” The upcoming film will reportedly be produced by Salman Khan Films, however, whether it will be a “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” sequel or not has yet to be confirmed.

Rumors of a sequel first sparked when Salman and Kabir were spotted entering a hotel in Mumbai where they were speaking with Nawazuddin Siddique. Although we don’t know if they were talking about “Bajrangi Bhaijaan 2” or not, it might be possible that they have come together again to talk about a sequel.

During an award ceremony, Salman was asked if there would be a sequel, to which he replied, “This time we will have to get someone back from Pakistan.”

However, reports claim that the actors and director do have something in mind for the second installment. We also wonder if Kareena Kapoor will make an appearance in the film again too.

Many fans and stars were touched by “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” and couldn’t stop tweeting about the film when it released.
