"Game of Thrones" stars Kit Harington and Rose Leslie have made their relationship red carpet official. The two went together to the 2016 Olivier Awards and even locked lips in front of all the press during the event at one point.

The pair played lovers on the TV adaptation of George R.R. Martin's "A Song of Ice and Fire" series, "Game of Thrones," so fans were excited to learn that their onscreen relationship has translated to real life. While the relationship is still new to the public, it's already one that fans cannot stop talking about. Here are three reasons why these two make a cute couple.

1. Harington adores Leslie.

The actor opened up about how he and Leslie became an item during an appearance on "The Jonathan Ross Show" and could not keep his smile off his face.

"I fell in love in Iceland," Harington said. "I fell in love with my co-star."

2. The couple proves that love is better the second time around.

The two first dated in 2012 but broke up a year later, according to E! News. Rumors that they got back together started swirling in 2014 when they were spotted at LAX. The two were spotted again and photographed while shopping together in January but have kept the status of their relationship private until their red carpet debut on Sunday.

3. Their friends are happy that they got together.

Their co-star Emilia Clarke, who plays Daenerys Targaryen, shared her delight over the relationship between the two.

"My goodness! You know, we like to spread the love on our show. It's a beautiful thing," the actress said in an interview with Entertainment Tonight in January. "She's one of my best friends, so it's good. I mean, there are worse things than being caught kissing Jon Snow!"
