Whenever you pack a room with Hollywood stars there's bound to be a few jaw-dropping moments, and that's exactly what happened when the movie industry's elite came together to celebrate the 2016 MTV Movie Awards.
The show was jam packed with stellar performances, beautiful actors, fire and a ton of jokes that left us doubled over in laughter. However, there were plenty of times our favorite celebs left us wondering what exactly was going on.

5. Zac Efron and Adam DeVine get hooked up "16 And Pregnant" style: While promoting their upcoming film, "Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates," Anna Kendrick attempt to find a few suitable dates for Efron and DeVine. However, the actors quickly realize Kendrick's hookup help is just a prank when several "pregnant" girls arrive on the stage for them to chose from.

4. Rebel Wilson and Adam Devine make out: After winning the golden popcorn trophy for Best Kiss for their work in "Pitch Perfect 2," Wilson and Devine gave the crowd something to really cheer about when they proceeded to engage in one of the sloppiest, messiest, most risque makeout sessions in MTV Movie Awards history.
3. Kevin Hart's awkward #DickinCake moment: With an interesting yet funny pairing of Hart and Dwayne Johnson as host for the awards show, we just knew there would be plenty of head-scratching moments mixed in with all the jokes. The biggest and maybe most awkward moment between the host came when Johnson and Hart revealed what they were doing when the first MTV Movie Awards premiered back in 1992. Johnson showed off an old school snapshot of himself rocking a fade, turtleneck, chain and a fannypack while Hart shared a photo of himself as a pantsless kid holding a cake, which he dubbed as his infamous #DickinCake moment.

2. Zac Efron's heartfelt apology to Seth Rogen: Fans expect to be doubled over in laughter whenever "Neighbors" co-stars Rogen and Efron are together. The fellas certainly delivered once again when they presented the award for Best Comedic Performance, which included an interesting and hilarious apology from Efron to Rogan's private parts.
1. "The Revenant" bear musical performance: By now whether you've seen "The Revenant" or not, you've at least heard about the chilling scene in which the film's star actor, Leonardo DiCaprio, get attack by a bear. If you caught the MTV Movie Awards then you saw Johnson and Harts lengthy parody musical poking fun at the several sexual innuendos surrounding that iconic scene. The over-the-top performance came equipped with several backup bear dancers and even a brief interruption by Adam DeVine.
