Jay Z was spotted on Wednesday, his 4th wedding anniversary, meeting with Jacob Arabo better know as hip hop's jeweler, Jacob the Jeweler. With the number 4 being his and fav Bey's number this anniversary was probably big for the two.


Or could this be the constructing of Bey's first Mothers Day present? Or Baby Blue's first piece...?

After being serviced Tracey flashed smiles to photogs while walking barefoot in a parking garage and waiting for valet to bring her vehicle... barefoot I said!! This is one beautiful woman, but my gosh barefoot in public on the grounds of a parking garage is straight dirtball.
