Beyonce, Blue Ivy, Tina Knowles, Julius and an unidentified man were spotted last night leaving a medical facility in NYC. It is unclear what or who the visit was for at this time but I am sure many will speculate Baby Blue. I love how Bey answers her critics. Here she gives us another peak at Blue's whiddle feets and a patch of her dark hair. Every time there is an abundance of doubt regarding Bey it will be addressed in some form...pay attention!!!

They participated in an art class at the center which is run by the charity Salaam Baalak. The charity provides emergency help and long term support for the children who live at the railway station in New Dehli. For the visit, Catherine wore a red and navy maxi dress with an intricate print, flowing silhouette and lace up detailing. The dress is from British High Street brand, Glamorous and costs £50.
