I had all faith that Mel B would be back to her trim and fit self in no time after giving birth to her third child last year but I didn't have any idea that she would be a spokeswoman for Jenny Craig (although I attribute none of her weight loss to them). Anywho,  Mel was spotted heading to her latest gig as a guest judge on the UK X Factor as well as her out in Australia, where she is a judge on that version of X Factor, serving abs in a barely there bikini with her husband Stephen. source I think the bikini photos give me a pass to hate a little...just a little.

Add a sandwich or two to this regimen... Ehhhh ....

Is it odd that Rihanna is releasing photos of her Hawaii vacation, which was moths ago, via her Facebook page days after Beyonce released photos via her Tumblr of her St. Barts vacation...which was last week? Take a looksee at a few of Rih's photos and her fab ass body!! I may be reaching with my questioning these pics but don't tell me you didn't at least say hmmm ...

This post is strictly a gym motivation please do not acknowledge the presence of the thirst... If I were her I'd find a new gas station to frequent...this is becoming a reoccurring event.

A typical siting of Nicole Murphy is of her leaving the gym with her oh so admirable stomach showing but even covered up I still admire her physique...I hate her. I'm gonna get my Spring uniform ready...all workout gear!!!
