‘The Flash’ Season 2 Spoilers: Barry Allen Faces Off With Griffin Grey In Episode 19

New spoilers for "The Flash" season two revealed that Barry Allen is going to fight a metahuman named Griffin Grey in order to save the life of Earth-2 Dr. Harrison Wells.
Comic Book reported that the CW released the official synopsis for episode 19, which is titled "Back To Normal."
Griffin Grey, a methuman gifted with super strength, mistakes Earth-2 Dr. Harrison Wells for his Earth-1 doppelganger and decided to kidnap him in the hopes that the scientist could find a cure for his condition.
In a desperate attempt to save Earth-2 Dr. Wells, Barry turns to his daughter Jesse for help and the two of them team up to track his location.
Meanwhile, Wally starts to suspect something is off with Barry and is going to ask Detective Joe West a few questions about the Flash.
Comic Vine noted that after Griffin gained his powers, he tried to become a hero but soon became corrupted. He also suffered from a condition that caused him to age at an accelerated rate.
Given the fact that Griffin kidnapped Earth-2 Dr. Wells, there is a good chance that the television incarnation will also be suffering the effects of rapid aging.
Perhaps Griffin hoped that Dr. Wells could stop the premature aging so that he can use his super strength to become famous.
It will also be interesting to see if Detective West finally tells Wally the truth about the Flash.
After all, Iris was angry in the first season that her father lied to her for so long so Detective West might tell Wally to avoid a similar situation.
Aside from the CW releasing the official synopsis for "Back To Normal," "The Flash" star Grant Gustin posted a new behind-the-scenes photo on Instagram.
The image showed Gustin hanging out with his dog Jett and his co-star Jesse L. Martin on set.
"The Flash" will return on Tuesday, April 19, at 8 p.m. ET on the CW.
