So Nicki Minaj spoke with Funkmaster Flex via telephone yesterday regarding the comments that lead to her not performing at Summer Jam this past Sunday. Before playing the audio last night for his Hot 97 show Flex stated that Nicki requested the audio be aired unedited in its entirety. I guess Nicki wanted her voice to be heard beyond her fingertips and Lil Wayne's instructions... I am of the opinion that Nicki Nicki Nicki made some valid points in her call while it was obvious Flex tried to play her as Lil Wayne's puppet. Wayne IS her boss and there should be some level of respect as well as leadership on his part. Antics aside whether we want to believe it or not Lil Wayne is the CEO of Young Money Entertainment. Everybody and their Mama (except Nicki Minaj) performed last night at the Hot 97 2012 Summer Jam concert at MetLife Stadium in New York. Nicki Nicki Nicki was suppose to headline with a slew of surprise guests, that everybody already knew about, but was quickly snatched by her weave and told not to perform by the Young Money CEO/HNIC/Bawse/President Lil Wayne. The reason Lil Wayne told Nicki to hold her mule was because Hot 97 DJ Peter Rosenberg made some not so nice, but very common, remarks over on the pre-show stage about Nicki's music that didn't sit well with her camp . Here's what he said to say that prompted Nicki to disappoint her fans instead of responding: "I know there are some chicks here waiting to sing 'Starships' later, I'm not talking to y'all right now, f-ck that bullshit.Bullshit! I'm here to talk about real Hip-Hop shit." Yep...that right there got shit shut down. I wonder what would have happened if he flat out said he...

I know Nicki Minaj is a cash cow, no pun intended, for YMCMB but someone needs to set her aside and have a heart to heart about her fashion choices. And if time permits maybe touch on the subject of her make up and hair... In all actuality I will say that this is one of her better outfits but because of prior convictions she is being prosecuted for this look as well. This look for Nicki's album release party fairs better than her other get ups but the FUPA and odd shaped thighs along with the dated wigs and poorly done make up age her and make her look tacky. Nicki is on another level now, whether or not we want to believe it or give her props, there is no longer a need for the just jumped off the porch wardrobe budget... please tell me Bobby Valentino isn't signed to Cash Money now too? Fred Durst is fitting right in...how is Baby signing all these artists?

Ever since I stumbled on an episode of 106 & Park I have been kinda sorta tuning in everyday (DVR'ing) ...welllll yesterday Nicki Minaj was in the 106 studios promoting Pink Friday Roman Reloaded in RARE form. I mean the voice was high and Nicki's valley hood chic persona was on 100...it was quite comical to see those around her...Cam'ron, Baby/Birdman, 2 Chainz, Rocsi and Terrance...keep a straight face. I actually watched with 2 others and we were either laughing or staring at one another with the stuck face. check her out in living color...             I think Nicki was a little extra because Lil Kim was on not too long ago and received lots of love...mmmm hmmm. Anywho, Nicki also made a stop over at Power 105.9's The Breakfast Club for an encore performance... Yes, Nicki is still in New York promoting her hind parts off  as she has been all week for AIDS awareness and yes she still has that shady blonde wig with her...I must say I've never seen a wig with a widows peak, very fancy. Anywho, on this stop was a the MAC Cosmetics Glam party which Nicki and the wig hosted. Take a looksee... I think I like the suit a lot...minus the buttons on the dress in addition to some well done tailoring I could love the outfit.

I need for you to have an open mind with this look and not to deduct points for the angry wig that is obviously trying to eat her forehead. Now this dress is cute, not quite the look for stopping by Good Morning America to talk about HIV/AIDS awareness but cute, and would be even cuter paired with different shoe but the dress isn't my issue.It's moreso that living wig on her head that must have been strategically put on by Stevie Wonder I have an issue with. Her people need to do better...hell even I can do better!
