Beyonce and Jay were spotted arriving at a Paris restaurant for what looks like a romantic late lunch or early  dinner  in the city of love. I wonder if Kelly and Michelle are in Paris watching Baby Blue again?


Hopefully Bey can school Kim Kardashian on when and how many times one should wear leather leggins...mmm  hmmm.


It's nice to see Jay in good spirits with a smile on his face...
